My Story
Sean’s irrigation journey started early. At just 14 years old, he worked for a landscape company that specialized in both landscaping and irrigation. His boss, who held a degree in horticulture, taught him the critical role irrigation plays in plant health—especially in Florida—and instilled the value of doing things right, not fast.

By 23, Sean started doing irrigation work on his own and quickly discovered he had a true knack for irrigation repair. More importantly, he loved it. There’s nothing more satisfying to him than fixing a system and immediately seeing the difference it makes.
​
The name Silvo comes from Sean’s passion outside of work. He’s building a family farm that grows longleaf pine trees, where he learned about silvopastures—a natural, self-sustaining relationship between plants, animals, and trees. That same philosophy guides Silvo Outdoors: balanced systems, working together, built to last.

When he’s not repairing irrigation systems or building the farm, Sean is a firefighter, a husband, and a father to two young children—roles that shape his commitment to reliability, integrity, and taking pride in his work.
